Evergreen FS is not another agriculture company, we are part of something bigger, the GROWMARK / FS System Cooperative. As an agriculture cooperative, we provide agricultural products and services to our customers, and the farmer owners also make up our Board of Directors. Evergreen FS takes safety very seriously. Employees participate in safety training as new hires and then regularly throughout their careers to ensure proper understanding of equipment and products. A safety committee with representation from all areas of the company meets monthly to discuss policies, practices, near-misses, and any injuries to continuously keep our employees and communities safe. We are proud to share that we are recipients of the "Best of Safety Award" every year in the FS System for our practices, policies, and safety record.
